    Hope your well, I have used similar products and they can be good short term. The only issue is the toes aren’t qualified nutritionists so don’t always give the best/ correct nutritional advice. You SHOULDN’T completely cut carbs out of you diet as you will lack energy… Good carbs ( whole meal bread, whole meal pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes ) should be included throughout the day. The things the lady listed above ( yoghurt, eggs, chicken) are proteins not carbs but protein is important for weight loss and it helps to fill you up. Try and increase your protien intake when losing weight. Don’t overload on fruit as it is high in natural sugars so limit it to once a day. Ideally you should be eating 5 times a day… Breakfast, lunch and tea with a snack inbetween. This will boost metabolism therefore help with your weightloss. Hope this all helps
